Ontario runs a single-buyer wholesale market with a Global Adjustment that recovers contracted and regulated generation cost. The Global Adjustment is frequently larger than the wholesale price itself, which is why the wholesale figure below is not a delivered cost.
IESO public reports, polled every 15 minutes. When it fails, this page says so and shows nothing rather than a stale reading.
